£295+£180   for ow dives, including manual, logbook, table and site fees. We usually use Horsea Island Dive Centre near Portsmouth). We ask you to be a minimum of  12 years old.

For children between 10 and 12, a parent must learn to dive with the child and also the open water dives be taken abroad in warmer waters

UK training elements £295 including manual, table and log book, followed (optional) by dive trip to your destination, we can offer a trip to El Gouna at the famous Red Sea (Egypt) for around £550 (October) for a week including flights/transfers and breakfast, diving costs are then added at approx £170 including completion of your course, all equipment and an additional 3 days diving! Fantastic Value!

Pricing structured slightly differently if booked through Forest School in   Horsham. Final cost being the same

Normally 2:1 instructor/assistant ratio for premium quality training.

We do not offer fast track, learning to dive in 2 weekends or similar. We feel that you retain more skills and knowledge by learning over an extended period. Diving is the sort of sport where you need to retain as much knowledge and skill as possible. After all, we want you to be a good safe diver today, but be a good safe diver tomorrow, next week and next year!

Usually  Monday evenings for class tuition
7.00 to 8.15 pm, for five weeks. (approx 7 hours)
at the Steyning Leisure Centre with pool sessions on the same Monday eve 8.30- 10pm

The open water dives are  conducted over two Sundays, or by  referral  if preferred elsewhere.

Ocean Reef Full Face Mask (cerficated)

£160 cost, plus normal dive kit hire if required  for open water dives(£40.00 1 day), plus entrance fees to dive sites (£12.00). The full course includes student training video/pack and use of dive kit in pool.

We would normally use Horsea Island in Portsmouth.

Ocean Reef Full Face Mask (non cerficated)

£65.00 introduction, without open water dives (non certificated, pool work only, includes use of dive kit)

PADI Wreck Diver

£140 course cost, loan of manual & video £5.00, kit hire if required (£50.00), entrance fees to dive sites (£12.00)

We would normally use Stoney Cove for first choice, then Horsea Island in Portsmouth, Selsey Bill.

PADI Multilevel Diver

£70 cost, plus kit hire if required (£50), plus multilevel diving manual,  entrance fees to dive sites (£12.00 a day approx)

PADI Navigation Diver

£140 course cost, hire of  manual/video £5.00, plus kit hire if required (£55), plus entrance fees to dive sites (approx £12.00). We would normally use Horsea Island dive centre, Newhaven, Selsey Bill or Stoney Cove.

PADI Deep Diver

£140 course cost, loan of manual/video £4.00,  kit hire if required (£50), plus entrance fees to dive sites (£12.00 a day approx)

£140 course cost, loan of  manual/video £5.00, kit hire if required (£50), plus entrance fees to dive sites (approx £12.00 a day approx)  

£140 course cost, loan of  manual/video, plus kit hire if required (£50 for 2 days), plus entrance fees to dive sites (£8 a day approx)  

PADI Enriched Air Diver (Nitrox)

£140 basic cost, plus cost of manual/tables, plus kit hire if required (£40), plus Nitrox costs (£6.00 fill), plus entrance fees to dive sites (£12.00). We would normally use Horsea Island dive center or Stoney Cove. 

PADI Rescue Diver

£230 basic cost, plus cost of manual (£30.00), plus kit hire if required (£50) , plus entrance fees to dive sites (£10.00). We  normally use Horsea Island dive centre, Newhaven or Selsey Bill.
CPR training is also required for this qualification EFR is ideal for this, see below

Emergency First Response EFR

£80 for Primary Care CPR, inc manual and cert.

£45 for refresher, (with in 2 years)

PADI Dry Suit Diver

£130  course cost, loan of manual/video £5.00,  scuba kit hire if required (£50), plus entrance fees to dive sites (£12.00 a day approx)

PADI Divemaster

£350 basic cost, plus cost of manuals, plus entrance fees to dive sites (£8.00) . Kit hire not normally available at this level, candidates are expected to supply their own equipment. After successful completion you are eligible to apply to PADI for professional membership @£59.33.

Special price if you take an internship and work with seaurchins for a full season after qualifying.

DSAT COURSES

Tec Level 1  and Tec Deep

Tec level 1 £600 in uk, plus manual, Horsea/ Site entry costs and gas costs..
Tec Deep £600 in uk, plus above manual,  Site entry costs and gas costs
Tec Deep £600 abroad combined with extisting seaurchindivers dive trip, plus above manual,  plus boat and holiday package costs and gas.
Tec Deep £850 abroad , plus above manual, plus boats and trip package and gas costs.

Tec Trimix £1000 in uk plus manual, entry, travel, accomadation and gas costs
Min/max 2 candidate per course.

You will require a dry suit  and tec dual bladder bcd/tec regulators set for these courses in the uk.

We can hire you tec bcd/twins/regs for each course at £100 for each course.
We will supply stage cylinders and regs in uk

We can take you to Malta/redsea to complete tec deep part of the program or the trimix course.
The Tec Deep/trimix courses cant be delivered cut price due to extensive equipment requirements and max student ratio of  2:1 on the deep dives, or 4:1 using a tec assistant instructor.

The tec deep course is very comprehensive, and sets a excellent grounding for the DSAT tec trimix qualification.

When considering the tec trimix course after the deep program, the overall course package is very competitive.
